Susan’s interest in ‘Primary Social Motives’ (PSM) began almost 20 years ago. Over the years she has helped to deliver self-development programmes & workshops in the UK and abroad. In her long career in the NHS and private sector Susan had extensive team and management responsibilities. An understanding of PSM informed her team building skills and helped her to become a more effective manager.
After undergoing rigorous training Susan now enjoys contributing and collaborating with the Development Dialogue scoring team.
