Monika Milz – Partner

Monika Milz is an experienced non-executive Director and executive coach. Her professional background is a combination of international corporate banking and Human resources backed up by MBA studies in both areas. She worked in the financial industry for some 30 years, both on the business side in corporate banking as well as in senior HR roles. Monika has already 20 years of experience in NED roles and a broad experience with a diverse range of clients. Current roles are NED vice chair of De Volksbank, NED of Handelsveem Beheer BV and chair of Stichting Administratiekantoor Arbo Unie. Her expertise on governance, HR and Communication is very helpful in her coaching of executives. Monika joined the team during 2019 after completing the formal training on Motives. She is a native German speaker and fluent in both Dutch and English.
