Anoushka Wajer is an experienced organisation psychologist. She has worked in different boardroom roles; manager, statutory director, supervisor and nonexecutive director. Her passion is stimulating managerial effectiveness by focusing on personal behaviour and development. Characteristic in her approach is a sharp and clear analysis of situations, based on in-depth HR and governance knowledge.
