Louise is passionate about increasing self-awareness and enabling others to reach their potential. She holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, an MSc in International Business & Management, a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching & is a certified Systemic Team Coach. She is also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) & Faculty for the AoEC. With more than 12 years’ experience working (also with Omega Consultants) in the field of human motivation she is a skilled programme facilitator and executive coach.
Currently, Louise sits on a panel of executive coaches for the Wavelength Connect Leadership Programme in the UK coaching a number of c-suite executives & directors from FTSE 100 companies. She also sits on a panel of coaches for CSL (Centre for School Leadership Ireland) and on a framework of coaches for Durham University’s professional services & academic staff.
Louise has consulted for a diverse range of clients, from large multinational corporations to boutique consultancies and individuals. She has successfully delivered numerous client feedback sessions, leadership development programmes & ‘Primary Social Motive’ workshops throughout Europe & the Asia-Pacific region.
Louise also heads up our scoring team and coordinates the process around our Motive Inventory.
